For the sauce:
4 T. butter
1 fresh hot pepper finely diced
fresh ginger finely diced

Add, stir until smooth and bubbly:
4 T Flour
3 T Curry
2 Tsp Salt

Blend in slowly:
4 to 5 C. Milk (skim is fine)
Maggi

Add:
Chopped hard boiled eggs, or chicken subsitute, or tofu

Condiments
okra
yabass
hot pepper
tomatoes
hard boiled egg
peanuts
coconut
oranges
grapefruit
golden raisins
bananas
mango chutney
crushed pineapple
mango
