Spaghetti Sauce

1/8 C olive oil

1 large onion, chopped

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1 t dried basil

1 t dried oregano

2 28oz cans diced tomatoes

1 15oz can tomato sauce

1 6oz can tomato paste

2 TB of sugar

1 TB salt

4 T parm cheese

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until onion softens. Add oregano and basil and stir well. Add remaining items, simmer for at least 1 hour.
