Josie was kind enough to schedule mapgoblin for her official 4.5 month photo shoot yesterday. She even smiled and cooperated through several wardrobe and set changes

Josie made her first trip out of New Jersey and into the big city of Nueava Yorka yesterday. Our fears of a fussy baby were hushed during the drive in where Josie slept for the entire trip, and didn't even wake up until after we parked. Our 2 hour visit with my sister( in town for the weekend) was graced by J-bug's first restaurant experience which was also an absolutley mellow calm baby experience. It was a great trip for everybody, and a tremendous suprise for parents who had expected the worst. Josie's capstone achievement was napping for the entire trip home.

Took Josie out for a noon time jaunt into town (post office run, and we're looking for a bike lock for the jogging stroller). Seems it was too warm and bright for her today, and she began to resemble a wilted plant. We first sought refuge in the shadow of a bridge, which also made for some fun lighting for a photo shoot. Next stop "On a Roll" a nifty little local eatery, where I was invited in by the proprietor. Josie and I hid out there and called in Mommy for an Evac. 15 minutes later we were home with a tasty to-go lunch. 15 minutes in the AC, and Josie had perked back up and it was time for another photoshoot.

Josie and Hass made it out for Josie's first ever Jog, and Hass's first Jog in over a year. it was as good as it gets, nobody was foolish enough to run the whole way. And Josie was excited enought to sleep most of the way.
Nicole Joined us for the second day of jogging, all are well, but the stairs leading up to the apartment have gotten much much longer.

Jesse and Miles Garnier of Stone Hopper fame were in Town this weekend and stopped by. They also managed to snap a few keepers. I you think, this site gets behind on updates, you might want to check out theirs, as it was last updated 14 months ago. But here's some cute Josie.

Nothing says pissed off like a cat with wet ears. It's been four weeks of twice daily antibiotic drops in his ears and twice weekly cleanings. At first he resisted, but now his spirit has been broken.
