Saute in small oil:
Add, cook until softened
1 1/2 pound of chopped plum tomatoes (canned diced tomatoes may be subsituted - 1 large can)
Add, stir till mixture is hot:
2 cans of pureed cannelini beans
1 can of cannelini beans with liquid
salt to taste
1 pound of dried beans that have been cooked may be subsituted for canned beans, no need to puree a portion of those.
Serve over pasta (Hassan's preference), rice or bulgar.

For the sauce:
4 T. butter
1 fresh hot pepper finely diced
fresh ginger finely diced
Add, stir until smooth and bubbly:
4 T Flour
3 T Curry
2 Tsp Salt
Blend in slowly:
4 to 5 C. Milk (skim is fine)
Chopped hard boiled eggs, or chicken subsitute, or tofu
hard boiled egg

• Jasmine Rice
• red bell pepper
• olive oil
• peas and carrots
Simmer onion, garlic and red peppers in small oil.
Add rice and spices to pan, simmer
Add water, cilantro, peas and carrots
bring to a boil, cover, simmer for 15 minutes
cook on high for 1 min.
serve with hugs and kisses.

• lime juice
• fresh ginger
• fresh garlic
• hot pepper to taste
Marinate ripe plantains in remaining ingredients, fry in oil. Excellent side dish to Ground Nut Stew. Must use ripe plantains (black and ugly, not green).
